Using AI to lower the cost per call and improve customer satisfaction.
Dayhuff delivered an automated assistant to a US based manufacturer with thousands of products. The manufacturer received thousands of calls a day to their customer service desk with over 100 agents. The automated assistant worked with the phone system using voice and over the customers website as a chatbot to answer the top questions customers asked like: where is my order, how do I find the install instructions and how do I register my product. This reduced the call volume the agents received by 47% allowing them to work longer with customers on more difficult questions.
